A pharmaceutical company needed a recruitment website that could be easily adapted to fit a variety of Phase I clinical trials. The first trial had three target demographics with different participation requirements, so the landing pages needed consistency while still speaking to each demographic. Screening questionnaires needed to be flexible and adaptable.

Our agency was looking to find workflow efficiencies, reduce manual input errors, and prevent oversights in billing. We needed a solution that was highly customizable, and that would work with our current billing process.

The existing web-based Digital Participant Resource Guide was difficult to navigate, and lacked engagement. We saw an opportunity to reimagine this guide into a mobile app that would be intuitive, interactive, and encourage participant retention in their clinical trials.
