QD Connect
QD Solutions • 2023-present • mobile app
QD Connect is a mobile app designed to support participants enrolled in long-term clinical research trials by helping them understand their study, track their progress, and prepare for upcoming visits.
The previous web-based Digital Participant Resource Guide was static and difficult to navigate, and lacked core functionality (like adding appointments). We saw an opportunity to reimagine this guide into a mobile app that would be personalized, intuitive, and encourage participant retention in clinical trials.

Workflow Hub
QD Solutions • 2024-2025 • web
Our agency was looking to find workflow efficiencies, reduce manual input errors, and prevent oversights in billing. We needed a solution that was highly customizable, and that would work with our current billing process.

Eye Disease Study Screener Website
QD Solutions • 2022 • web
Designed an accessible recruitment website for a global clinical trial targeting Geographic Atrophy, a rare age-related eye disease. The experience guides seniors through a clear eligibility questionnaire, helping them quickly determine if they qualify and connect with nearby study sites. Built under tight timelines, the site supported enrollment across 22 countries and 19 languages, balancing usability, clarity, and compliance.

Clinical Trial Recruitment
QD Solutions • 2025 • web
A pharmaceutical company needed a recruitment website that could be easily adapted to fit a variety of Phase I clinical trials. The first trial had three target demographics with different participation requirements, so the landing pages needed consistency while still speaking to each demographic. Screening questionnaires needed to be flexible and adaptable.
