The previous web-based Digital Participant Resource Guide was static and difficult to navigate, and lacked core functionality (like adding appointments). We saw an opportunity to reimagine this guide into a mobile app that would be personalized, intuitive, and encourage participant retention in clinical trials.

Built under tight timelines, the site supported enrollment across 22 countries and 19 languages, balancing usability, clarity, and compliance.
