Context and Goals

After a push for more digital resources from our clients, our agency looked at the tools we had and what could be improved. Clients want more engagement from clinical research trial participants, and to encourage retention with both volunteers and clinic staff. The agency’s main digital tool utilized by patients was called a “Digital Participant Resource Guide”, which had seen many iterations over the years, and never quite found its footing. After some brainstorming and feeling at a standstill, we launched a research project to talk with clinical research study participants.
